Personal Injury Solicitor Jailed for 100 Grand Theft

In a simply amazing story of robbing Peter to pay Paul a Welsh personal injury solicitor has been jailed for 18 Months after openly admitting in crown court to seven cases of theft totaling one hundred thousand pounds where he took money from client accounts in order to satisfy a balance in payment to other personal injury victims he believed had been short changed or not compensated at all.

The whole sequence of events was sparked off by the personal injury solicitors inability to admit to some clients that their personal injury compensation claims had indeed failed. In order to compensate this the solicitor took money from other client accounts and made payments to the injured parties whose cases had failed though out adequate compensation being paid. The crown court judge who sentenced the personal injury solicitor made it very clear that such professional incompetence would not be tolerated under any circumstances.

The personal injury solicitor Mr Jeremy Langworthy was clearly not capable of professional negotiation and to hide his lack of ability he instead rifled clients accounts that he had been given executor responsibilities.
