Road Conditions Cause Rise In Personal Injury Claims

A recent BBC report following an �inside out� program has revealed that in just two counties in the UK there are ten million pounds worth of personal injury claims being pursued against the local councils. The program used the principles of the freedom of information act to obtain the critical detail from the councils of Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.
