This disaster comes as no real surprise as many such companies have suffered a similar fate over the last 5 years. The impact of this not only affects the claimants settlement time but the also the business relations of the medical experts providing the actual evidential reports.

Many agree to substantial deferred payment terms and some medical experts have incurred losses running into thousands of pounds because of similar medical agency crashes.
