Compensation claims for seriously injured people are now secured for longevity of ongoing treatment

Victims of serious injuries who require long term support and treatment are now assured of receiving longevity aftercare financial support following a landmark decision from the Court of Appeal.

Now in a position to detract itself from the Retail Price Index, personal injury compensation claims can now be assessed in a wholly different way by the Courts in order to measure future payments the claimant will require for aftercare as a result of injuries suffered in the personal injury accident.
