Britain has opened its gates and introduced with welcoming arms thousands of immigrants over the past few years and for many the joy of becoming multinational and multicultural is satisfying but the reality is many ways of life are being impacted severely by questions relating to law, civil rights and pretty much every protocol and procedure that Britons have had implemented on their culture over the years.

Personal injury claims and the insurance markets are just a couple of examples that are causing nightmares in administration for many Police forces and supporting services to deal with and investigate following accidents that are being reported across the country.

The number of oddball international injury claims that are being reported across Britain is increasing and the questions to who and where these accident injury claims should be made are already being asked. One such classic example that has been reported recently is an injury accident involving a German driver who was driving a Spanish registered vehicle insured in Spain who collided with a French driver insured in France who both collided in Oxford, England.

Many believe that the relatively soft target of personal injury compensation and the insurance markets in Britain will become the ideal target for many bogus and spurious compensation claims from EU and non EU immigrants. Just when Britain thought it has presented controlled regulations of the accident claims market along comes another nightmare of administrative problems.
